01 Electronics Engineer Warsaw · Full-time

Design, bring up and validate compact electronics for inertial navigation modules: sensor interfaces, power architecture, digital buses and test fixtures for real hardware.

  • Design and review schematics and PCB layouts for mixed-signal electronics, sensor boards, power supplies and digital interfaces.
  • Bring up prototypes with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and lab power equipment, then trace noise, timing and integration issues.
  • Prepare BOMs, test procedures, production notes and handoff packages for small-batch manufacturing.
  • Useful background: KiCad or Altium, IMUs, GNSS, STM32-class MCUs, EMC-aware design, environmental or vibration testing.

To apply, send your CV to office@swiftbird.eu.

02 RF & Radio Systems Engineer Warsaw / Hybrid · Full-time

Own RF and radio-system work around navigation hardware: telemetry links, antennas, GNSS reception, interference checks and radio test setups for unmanned platforms.

  • Select, integrate and test radio modules, GNSS receivers, antennas and RF front ends for evaluation and integration builds.
  • Run bench measurements with spectrum analyzers, VNAs, SDRs and link-budget tooling.
  • Work with electronics and firmware on robust interfaces, EMC-aware layouts, antenna placement and validation plans.
  • Useful background: RF measurements, telemetry, GNSS, LoRa/ISM, LTE, satcom, SDR or flight-test communication systems.

To apply, send your CV to office@swiftbird.eu.

03 Engineering Internship Warsaw · Internship

A hands-on internship for students and early engineers who want to work close to aerospace hardware, measurement setups and navigation-system prototypes.

  • Support assembly, bring-up, test preparation and data collection for electronics and navigation modules.
  • Build small tools, scripts, fixtures or documentation that make lab work and validation faster.
  • Help organize test logs, prepare hardware for demos and summarize findings from bench experiments.
  • Good fit for students of electronics, telecommunications, automation, robotics, aerospace or computer engineering.

To apply, send your CV to office@swiftbird.eu.

How we work

Small team, real ownership, aerospace constraints.

01 / Hardware Close to the product

Algorithms, firmware and electronics are tested against real sensors, real interfaces and real integration limits.

02 / Pace Short feedback loops

Small-team ownership means fewer handoffs and faster movement from prototype to calibration, test and integration.

03 / Mission European navigation capability

We build in Warsaw as part of ESA BIC Poland, with European partners and a sovereign supply-chain mindset.
